Privacy & Cookies

Cookies we use

We keep this to the minimum needed to run the site. Nothing here tracks you across other websites, and nothing is sold to third parties.

Strictly necessary storage like this doesn't legally require consent, and it's the only thing this site currently sets. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future — to understand traffic or measure a campaign — we'll list them here and ask again before they're set. Nothing optional runs until you say yes.

Third-party requests

Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), which involves your browser making a direct request to Google and sharing your IP address as a normal part of that request. Google Fonts does not set cookies for static font files.

Event listings (cities, dates, availability) are loaded live from Supabase, our database provider, via a script served from jsdelivr's CDN — both involve your browser making a direct request and sharing your IP address, the same as any page fetching live content. No account or personal details of yours are involved in loading this public event data, and neither service sets cookies as part of it.

Data you give us directly

When you enter an event or make a partner enquiry, we collect the details you submit — your name, contact email, skill level, and payment information handled by our payment provider (we never see or store full card details). We use this to run the event you've entered: confirmations, schedule updates, and event-day organisation. We don't share it with anyone outside what's needed to run the event and process payment.

• Ask what data we hold on you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@partypadel.uk.
• Clearing your browser's site data resets your cookie choice, and you'll be asked again next visit.
